Changes to Amend FMA

To save you time when making changes to an application you have already submitted to us, with immediate effect we only need to receive a fax, signed by you, detailing the changes – for example, change of product, loan term, purchase price or loan amount.

We will be introducing a new Amendment Request Form within the next few weeks.

In the meantime if there is a new property, then you can either fax us a paper Substitute Property Details form or use the Amend FMA process on Introducer Internet and mark in the "notes field" that this is a “Substitute Property application”.
