Here are some top tips to help you get your BTL cases accepted:
- Ensure the Annual Rental Income for the BTL property is entered against Applicant 1 on the ‘Current Income details screen’ in Introducer Internet
- Accurately complete all the fields in the ‘BTL property self financing assessment’ fields on Introducer Internet, including Rental voids
- Make sure Applicant 1 is employed and earning a minimum basic income of £25K
