New products launched

We are launching some exciting new products;

• our Grand Prix Podium Special, 3 year tracker at 3.21% variable (BBR + 2.71%) with both homebuyer and remortgage solutions and NO booking fee
• a new 70% LTV, 2 year fixed rate at 3.09% and £995 booking fee with homebuyer solution for existing Abbey mortgage customers moving home

We are also increasing the LTV on our existing Loyal Abbey Mover range from 75% to 80%.

From midnight Thursday 1st July 2010 all the product codes on our current Fixed rate range will be replaced.  Full applications must be submitted by this time in order to secure a booking on these products.  

At the same time the following products will be WITHDRAWN and NOT replaced.

• Our Hat-Trick mortgage at 3.00% - D157H and D157R
• Our 2 year fixed rates at 3.55% with a minimum loan size of £550k – N031H and N031R
