Changes to tracker range

To maintain our competitive position, please find below the latest changes to our tracker range effective from Tuesday 22nd June 2010. 

We are amending the following 2 year Trackers to:

• 2.77% homebuyer and homebuyer plus products with a £495 fee at 70% LTV
• 2.67% homebuyer product with a £995 fee at 70% LTV
• 2.57% homebuyer product with a £1,495 fee at 70% LTV

• 2.82% remortgage product with a £495 fee
• 2.72% remortgage product with a £995 fee
• 2.62% remortgage product with a £1,495 fee

• 2.98% homebuyer and remortgage products with a £995 fee at 75% LTV

We are changing the following 3 year Trackers at 70% LTV to:

• 2.63% homebuyer product with a £995 fee
• 2.68% remortgage product with a £995 fee

The equivalent products are being withdrawn from midnight on Monday 21st June. Full applications must be submitted on all the WITHDRAWN products by this time in order to secure a booking on these products.
