As England jet off to South Africa, Abbey are launching their market-leading Hat-trick special to give you and your clients something to cheer about.  Our Hat-trick mortgage offers:

• 3 year Tracker at 75% LTV 
• 3.00% (BBR + 2.50%) 
• £333 booking fee. 
• Remortgage and Homebuyer solutions

We are also launching new low fee 2 year Fixed rate, Remortgage and Homebuyer products, 70% LTV, 3.55% with a £495 fee.

From midnight Thursday 3rd June 2010 the following products will be WITHDRAWN and NOT replaced.  Full applications must be submitted by this time in order to secure a booking on these products.

• 3 year Tracker rate, Homebuyer product 3.09% (BBR + 2.59%), 75% LTV with no booking fee (D154H)
• 3 year Tracker rate, Remortgage product, 3.14% (BBR + 2.64%), 75% LTV with no booking fee ((D154R)
