Good news – new products launched

We are launching a number of products aimed at helping customers who need to borrow more than £550k at 75% LTV as follows:
- 2 year Fixed rate Homebuyer and Remortgage products, 3.55% with a £1,995 fee and maximum loan size £750k
- 2 year Tracker rate Homebuyer and Remortgage products, 2.70% (BBR +2.20%) with a £1,995 fee and a maximum loan size of £750k
The completion deadlines on our Homebuyer and Core products will move to 30th November 2010 and on our Remortgage products to 30th September 2010.
From midnight Monday 31st May 2010 all the product codes on our current Fixed rate range will be replaced. Full applications must be submitted by this time in order to secure a booking on these products. At the same time the following products will be WITHDRAWN and NOT replaced.
