We are reducing our Fixed rates again!

On Friday 30th April we are reducing the rate by up to 0.20% on select 70% LTV, Fixed rate products as follows:
- 2 year Fixed rate, Homebuyer, Homebuyer Plus and Remortgage products, 3.44% with a £995 fee
- 3 year Fixed rate, Homebuyer and Remortgage products, 4.25% with a £995 fee
- 5 year Fixed rate, Remortgage product, 4.99% with a £995 fee
The completion deadlines on our Homebuyer and Core products will move to 29th October 2010 and on our Remortgage products to 31st August 2010.
From midnight Thursday 29th April 2010 all the product codes on our current Fixed rate range will be replaced. Full applications must be submitted by this time in order to secure a booking on these products.
Please note all our 2 year Fixed rate product codes will now all start with an ‘N’.
