RATES REDUCED

On Friday 9th April, we are launching new 70% LTV, 2 year Fixed rate products:

  • Homebuyer and Homebuyer Plus products, 3.59% with a £995 fee

  • Remortgage product, 3.64% with a £995 fee

We are also reducing the rate on our 70% LTV 2 year Fixed rate Core product with a £995 fee by 0.15% to 3.29%.

The product codes have been updated on our Flexible Offset mortgage products.

At midnight on Thursday 8th April 2010 the following products will be WITHDRAWN and NOT replaced:

  • 70% LTV, 2 year Fixed rate Remortgage product, 3.99%, F977H

  • 70% LTV, 2 year Fixed rate Homebuyer product, 3.99%, F977R
