Changes to Aviva's legal structure

Aviva currently underwrite some of the Santander Additions range of products, sold in the intermediary channel.  From 14 November 2011, Aviva have consolidated their UK non-life insurance business by transferring it into one main insurance company, Aviva Insurance Limited. The policy cover, the way the policy is handled, any claim customers may have and contact details won’t be affected.

Customers don’t need to take any action for this change. However, if they have any questions they can simply contact:
  • 0800 210 0035 (if calling from overseas dial +44 117 915 1983). Lines are open from Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Aviva may record or monitor your call and call charges will be free from a BT landline, other networks may charge and mobiles may be considerably more.
