Great news – rates reduced again!

On Thursday 11th March we are reducing the rates on the following market-leading 4 year Fixed rate products
- 70% LTV, Homebuyer and Remortgage products, 4.49% with a £995 fee
- 75% LTV, Homebuyer product, 4.99% with no booking fee
- 75% LTV, Remortgage product, 5.29% with no booking fee
We are reducing the fee on our 85% LTV 2 year Tracker Homebuyer product, 4.74% (BBR + 4.24%) to £495.
