Important update on assessing affordability

As you know we assess all applications for affordability. However, we have noticed that the outputs from the Affordability Calculator are not always being entered correctly into Introducer Internet , the main issue being that on numerous occasions secondary income is being included as primary.  This leads to incorrect decisions and unnecessary delays to your application.   We would urge you to refer to the guides below if in any doubt.
