New market leading products launched!

On Wednesday 3rd February 2010 we are launching the following market leading offers:

• 2 year Fixed rate product, 70% LTV, 3.44% with a £995 fee and maximum loan size £250k
• 2 year Tracker Homebuyer product, 70% LTV, 2.49% (BBR +1.99%) with a £995 fee and maximum loan size of £250k

In addition, the following Fixed rate products have been reduced resulting in further market leading rates:

• 3 year Fixed rate Homebuyer product, 75% LTV, 4.75% with a £995 fee
• 5 year Fixed rate Homebuyer product, 75% LTV, 5.44% with a £799 fee
