Bedroom Plus Insurance

Designed for homes with up to four bedrooms, it gives the flexibility to specify the buildings sum insured, and it also offers a generous fixed contents sum insured.

• Quotes from a panel of insurers. The lowest premium available from the panel is offered to the customer
• A range of discounts available for first-time buyers and extra security
• A no claims discount that won’t be lost completely at the first claim. It’s merely stepped back, depending on the type and frequency of the claims
• Easy claims – nearly all claims can be handled by phone or email
• Optional Family Legal Protection and Home Emergency add-on products are available
