Here are just a few of the many benefits of our Peace of Mind home insurance:

• Unlimited sums insured for both buildings and contents insurance**
• No limit on the cost of temporary accommodation should your customer have to move out of their home because of an insured event such as fire or flood
• Additional contents insurance premium discounts of up to 32.5% as follows:
  • Up to 5% for taking contents with buildings
  • Up to 7.5% for having an approved alarm
  • Up to 5% for approved security locks
  • Up to 12.5% for over-45s rising up to 15% for customers aged 56 or over

• Buildings insurance includes cover for tracing and accessing leaks up to £5,000 and emergency services cover for damage to the home caused by forced access to deal with a medical emergency, or to prevent insured damage to the home.
• Contents insurance includes cover for contents temporarily removed (eg student belongings) up to £5,000 and office equipment up to £10,000
