Further advances

We have a number of products available for customers wishing to take out a Further Advance on their existing home. The maximum LTV is 85%.

If your customer wishes to take out a Further Advance, they need to phone 0800 587 5023. This is a customer only telephone number.

Remember, we do not pay procuration fees for further advances
