If your client has an existing Alliance & Leicester mortgage and wishes to take out Additional Borrowing on their current home, they need to phone 0844 561 9654. This is a customer only telephone number.

The maximum LTV is 85%.

We do not pay proc fees for existing Alliance & Leicester mortgage customers taking out Additional Borrowing.
