• Homebuyer Solutions - offers Abbey mortgage customers moving home help with their valuation and legal fees on selected products

*eg 10% overpayment in 2011, then 10% overpayment in 2012 etc. This can be one or more payments throughout the year as long as the total does not exceed 10%
